The first map is weighted equally towards the desire to live in an area that is both close to Phoenix College as well as Chandler Regional Hospital. The other qualifications of the couple were to be in an area with homeowners of similar age as well as have homes with high value. While the areas in red are close to both the college and the hospital, the areas in yellow and green mark locations that more closely fulfill all the clients’ requests. This map analysis shows that the best suited areas for the home purchase would be in a small area, marked in green directly Northeast of Phoenix College.
